When William Occomy Jr. first joined our program, he was a 5’11½”, 150-pound shooting guard at Lindblom High School averaging 16 points per game with no collegiate recruitment and recovering from a significant high hamstring strain.

Through our individualized performance system, we successfully rehabilitated his injury, restoring him to full health while implementing a comprehensive strength and conditioning program designed to improve force production, speed, power, explosiveness, and overall athletic performance.

As William progressed through our system, he developed into a 6’3”, 175-pound guard, significantly increasing his physical capabilities and on-court performance. He went on to average 26 points per game, led the City of Chicago in scoring, and dramatically elevated his recruitment profile.

In addition to his physical development, we played an active role in increasing his collegiate exposure, helping position him for opportunities at the next level. His journey culminated in earning a NCAA Division I full athletic scholarship to Robert Morris University, demonstrating what is possible when elite performance training, injury rehabilitation, and athlete development are combined within a structured, science-driven system.

From an overlooked athlete to Division I scholarship recipient—this is the standard of development at Run It Up Science Lab.

The main goal was to lose weight and gain muscle. He trained with us for 1 year we decreased his body fat by 20% and weight by 25 lbs then added 30 lbs of muscle.

From the start of his journey to the end he lost a total of 40 lbs.

Our client was able to lose 15+ Pounds and a lot of inches which made her stomach completely change also helped her accomplish her weight goal

Our client lost 15 pounds in 3 months hitting her weight-loss goal and making her happy!

In 1 month we were able to decrease her weight by 10 lbs while increasing definition mainly in her abdominal area.

Former University of Pittsburg basketball player was looking to better her fitness lifestyle again and we were able to help her lose 30 lbs in 3 Months!

Looking to change her life around health wise and we were able to decrease her weight by 50 lbs and maintained her weight once her weight goals were reached.

Even with not wanting to lose too much weight but tone up mainly. We were able to decrease help weight by 17 lbs which showed a big difference in her results.

Professional basketball player, former Louisville Basketball player and National Champion looking to get in better shape and we were able to get him stronger and more flexible while decreasing his weight by 27lbs. 

This is a mirror view after 3 months our client has lost 20 lbs down and we were able to decrease his body fat by 10% as well. 

After suffering from postpartum we decreased her weight by 75 lbs allowing her to feel healthy and more confident.

She wanted to start gaining more weight. So we decided to strip her down first by 20 lbs of bad weight prior to adding weight on.

Her goal was to lose some weight not too much but mainly in her abdominal area. Weight decreased 10 lbs which made her happy at her weight.

With high blood pressure and post heart surgery we were able to help him lose 30 lbs in 3 months!

Professional Basketball player was looking to gain weight, increase flexibility, strength and speed. We did exactly that adding 10lbs increasing both speed and explosion.
