RIU Hybrid Endurance & Race Performance System
Run Efficiently. Build Strength. Master Every Station.
The RIU Hybrid Race Performance System is a comprehensive, evidence-based race-preparation program for individual athletes, doubles teams, and competitors preparing for HYROX Chicago and other hybrid fitness events.
The program integrates exercise physiology, running analysis, cardiovascular conditioning, functional strength, HYROX station technique, performance nutrition, and recovery into one structured training system. Each athlete receives an individualized strategy based on physiological testing, movement quality, running mechanics, strength capacity, training history, and current fitness level.
Training progresses from foundational conditioning and movement development to advanced race-station execution and full race simulations. Athletes learn to maintain efficient running mechanics, manage fatigue, transition effectively between stations, and perform each movement safely under race conditions.
Program Focus:
Individualized physiological and movement assessment
Running-mechanics and cardiovascular development
Functional strength and muscular endurance
HYROX station technique and movement efficiency
Race pacing, transitions, and fatigue management
Progressive race simulations Performance nutrition and recovery guidance
Individual, doubles, and small-group options
Begin with an Initial Physiological Assessment to establish your performance baseline and create your personalized race-preparation strategy.
